We loved the location, being away from the busy city center but still very close to major attractions and action. The hotel facilities, cleanliness, and parking were excellent. the breakfast offered many delicious options and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

I was delighted with the extensive SPA facilities at Ensana. The pool section and sauna area were perfect for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere and the perfect cleanliness of the spa. The location of the hotel on the island also provided a wonderful opportunity for walks and runs on the tartan track surrounding the whole island.

The spa facilities were great, with a lovely thermal pool and sauna. The room had a balcony which was a nice touch, and the bed was huge and comfy. The hotel was fancy and nicely done.
The hotel had some disappointing issues. The staff had a disagreement with us regarding a shuttle bus that never showed up, causing a lot of stress and making us late for our flight.

The hotel's location is convenient with easy access to public transportation and is near the river and city center. The spa facilities are excellent, providing relaxation after a long day of activities. The breakfast is delicious and varied with many options available to choose from.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I have had while traveling. The location was perfect as it was in a beautiful area with plenty of opportunities for walking and enjoying fresh air. The service provided was remarkable, from the staff at the reception to the waiters and the doorman, everyone was helpful and professional. The facilities provided enhanced comfort and quality services, including a great room service, car hire, laundry, and shuttle services to the airport. Additionally, I was impressed with the in-room amenities that included an iron, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar.
The staff could have smiled more and worked on their customer service, though I would still recommend this place to friends and family without hesitation.
